Unique Manufacturers Rep Sales Process

The Discovry Technical Sales Team represents honesty, integrity, growth and stability within a strategic sales process. The team enjoys an enviable reputation with the regional engineering community, executives, distributors and manufacturers.   The team implements a unique sales strategy and process based on Consultative Selling.  DTS is able to penetrate key accounts and follow-up with engineering and commodity management to assist manufacturers with component selection for successful product design.  DTS is involved with Tier 1, 2 and 3 customers in the market, which allows us to provide immediate exposure for our manufacturers.

Meet Our Team

David Roth, President, Discovery Technical Sales, Inc., has been with the company for 15 years, and has been representing manufacturers and their electronics products for 23 years.  Roth has vast experience with leading silicon providers, selling Intel, CSR, AOS, Ericsson, Finisar, Altera, Sharp, Ohmite, Linear Technology, On Semi, TLSI and more. Roth holds a BS degree from the University of Portland and is network certified.

Tom Turnell, Owner and Oregon account manager at Discovery Technical Sales, Inc., has been with the company for 12 years, 25+ years of experience representing electronics products for some of the largest electronics brand names in the industry.  Turnell’s OEM and sales rep successes and experience for companies like Intel, DataLogic, Leviton, Planar, and GE, make him a trusted engineering consultant and team member.  Turnell holds a BS in marketing from University of Oregon.

Michael Stuart, Owner and Washington State account manager at Discovery Technical Sales, Inc., has been with the company for 11 years and served in the electronics industry for 30+years. Stuart offers his clients seasoned OEM sales and engineering rep experience working in partnership with companies like ST Micro, Ericsson, Qualcomm/CSR, Finisar, and many others. Stuart holds a MA in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Iowa.

Eric Ullery, Owner and Washington State Account Manager at Discovery Technical Sales, Inc. has worked in the electronics business since 92’ . He worked at Insight Electronics for 9 years, then worked for ETMA/TFS until 2003 and then worked for Stratus Technical Sales until 2016.  Eric offers a vast array of industry knowledge both in distribution and strategic OEM Sales.  He has represented Broadcom, Skyworks, Intel, Motorola, Sharp, NEC, MPS, ITG, and many others.  Eric holds a BS from the University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle University.
